14 and 1 div worked on my old stalker and 10w only bad side i can't do the zeros, will need to do a 5KC shift mod or leave it alone..
swapped over radios now as T5 has gone crazy, funny how 10m is quiet, waterfall showing nothing.
Great radios, Tony. I have left mine standard with the stealth front.

Hello John, I had an issue with my Stalker 9FDX dropping out on the receive, but hey I managed to fix the issue myself so saved some £'s there. The only problem with these old radios is you cant qsy to a freq ending with zero's. Anyway, I Started the radio up this morning and it's working correctly now. Will post some pictures up of mine its a Minter i have the stealth cover as well not bad for a 40-year-old rig!
Hearing 21 div this afternoon booming in on T5.

Hello Tony,
The Stalker is probably my favourite radio despite the frequency limitations. The receive on ssb is brilliant and it always stays nailed on frequency too. I have a black fronted President Jack with the same board in it. It has had the factory mod to give it high band.

The skip is certainly here today after numerous days of poor conditions and terrible QRM here in London. Last night I was chatting to 1 Division Bologna Italy at 3.30am, I’ll have to switch the radio on now for every early hours toilet run.. But seriously the bands are alive with activity on Low,Mids and High.AM,FM and SSB.. Cheers Tom. 26 CT 4029

There was a little short skip from the north earlier with Shetland Islands coming in, but other than that its just been a few Div 13 here too.. plus a few strong static crashes. Lighting map only shows a little in the south west about 100 miles from me at the moment though, don't know if it's that I'm hearing.
Ady, hopefully your kitchen is not too large and your chore will be done soon
