Yes I think I was lucky John, skip was reaching the South Coast but seems other areas didn't get it the same. Only heard a couple of stations today and non workable. I'm hoping this means someone else on the forum got lucky? Only wish I had the yagi up!

Always good to have those extra bands, Victor.
A combination of lockdown and the weather has meant I haven't had any radio time in months. The only saving grace is that all this is not happening at the top of the cycle.

There was a fairly big opening on 10m this morning according to DX Heat. By the time I switched on at 11:30 it was all finished. I could hear back of the box signals on the .555 but that was all today.

Quiet last few days here in the South and I've had T5 switched on all day whilst working. I've heard one CQ call in that time, sounded like a UK station but I only heard him call once and I missed the callsign.

I'm with you on that. Even with the T2LT on a 40 foot pole I'm limited on groundwave. Can't wait to be able to get out on the hill with it. T5 on in the office hear but all quiet at the moment.
